- A modified zoeal stage exhibited by some stomatopods. [Brusca and Brusca, 2002]
- (Taxon-specific: Order Stomatopoda) Early larval stage of certain stomatopods; characterized by biramous antennules, two uniramous thoracopods, and five pairs of pleopods. (See also antizoea, erichthus larva). [Stachowitsch, 1992]
