Manca stage

• A post-embryonic stage in development; manca II leaves the marsupium. [Holdich and Jones, 1983]
• (Taxon-specific: Order Leptostraca) Postlarval stage at which leptostracans hatch. Well developed, differing from adult in having rudimentary fourth pleopod pair.
  (syn. mancoid stage) [Stachowitsch, 1992]
