Optic nerve

• Nerves that innervate the eyes and connect them to the protocerebrum. [Brusca and Brusca, 2002]
• (Taxon-specific: Order Cladocera) Large nerve leading from supraesophageal ganglion to each (fused) compound eye. [Stachowitsch, 1992]
